GENUINE COWHIDE LEATHER

Genuine cowhide is the most common leather used in varsity jackets, not only because of its wide availability and reasonable cost, but also due to its toughness, durability, and resistance to water and dirt. It provides excellent protection. Varsity jackets with cowhide leather sleeves are made from drum-dyed, lightweight cowhide leather. This leather has a shiny finish and breaks in quickly for a comfortable fit.
